Our products are derived from locally sourced depleted vegetable oil, refined into biofuel and then artfully converted into exceptional glycerin soap, glycerin lotion, and soy candles. Our biofuel distillation process drives our vehicles, and the pure glycerin byproduct drives Further. Fragrant oils of bergamot, olive and grass are combined to create products that are at once fresh, sustainable, and pleasingly aromatic. We hope you enjoy using Further as much as we enjoy making it!

Q: Free shipping over $50? Really?
A: Yep. Free shipping on all orders over $50, in the Continental US only.
Q: Where are your products made?
A: We are proud that Further Products are Made in the USA. Specifically, we work with producers all over Los Angeles County. By working with local producers we are able to personally observe their manufacturing practices. From our candle maker in Northridge to our soap maker in Burbank we visit each facility frequently to insure quality control and, well, we just really like the people we have hired to make our products!
Q: What exactly is your signature fragrance? Why is it so addictive?
A: We can't speak to it's addictive qualities, but, we do know that the combo of bergamot, olive and grass is pretty darn great.
Q: Do you use essential oils or fragrance oils to scent your products?
A: Our signature scent is a proprietary blend of both essential and fragrance oils.
Q: Are Further Products tested on animals?
A: No. Never.

How can I check the status of my order?
Once we receive your order, Further Products will email your order number to you. Please be sure to include this order number in your inquiry, if applicable. You can contact our customer service team at email@example.com with regards to your inquiry.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an automated email from Further Products once your order has been shipped out with your tracking number.
We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. Should you wish to make a return, please be sure to first send us a return request by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will not be responsible for returns that have not been agreed upon with our Customer Service team first. We will offer a full refund on items that contain at least 75% of the original content and that are received within 30 days of initial purchase. We are unable to offer exchanges on any items.
To return an item, please include your order number on your return shipment. Return postage must be paid by the purchaser and we recommend sending your return via a tracked/insured method, which can be tracked in the case of loss or theft. Further Products will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
